Traydstream Limited, United Kingdom, along with all its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “Traydstream”), constitutes a group of privately held companies providing a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Traydstream was established to address the challenges that we, with our collective backgrounds in global transaction banking, have personally encountered. Our platform and dedicated teamwork in unison to deliver an ever-evolving service that digitizes and securely stores your trade finance documentation, extracting data into structured information while rigorously examining it against more than a quarter of a million trade and compliance rules. This Environmental, Social, and Governance Policy (the “Policy”) has been meticulously reviewed, approved, and is strongly supported by Traydstream’s Senior Leadership Team. Traydstream places a significant emphasis on health and safety issues, firmly committed to safeguarding the well-being of its staff and all those affected by its business activities. To minimize risks to the health and safety of any individual, we provide the necessary information, training, and supervision. Every Traydstream employee bears a personal responsibility to protect our reputation and conduct themselves with honesty and integrity in all dealings with customers, business partners, vendors, and fellow Traydstream employees. This requirement is clearly articulated in Traydstream’s Employee Handbook. Compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations related to company activities is mandatory, and employees are expected to act in the best interests of the company, free from conflicts of interest.
Anti-Money Laundering, Bribery and Corruption
Traydstream explicitly prohibits employees, directors, or other individuals acting on behalf of Traydstream from offering or promising loans, rewards, advantages, or benefits to gain a business advantage. This prohibition is clearly stated in Traydstream’s Employee Handbook. We are committed to maintaining a fair and ethical workplace for both our employees and partners with
whom we do business. The offering or acceptance of gifts or entertainment is permitted only in strict accordance with the law and local business practices, and in compliance with the internal rules of Traydstream’s customers.
Whistleblower Policy
Traydstream’s Employee Handbook mandates management and the People Team to review every complaint of harassment, violence, or bullying in the workplace that is reported. A workplace
investigation may also be initiated following disclosures through whistleblowing or other channels. Traydstream is deeply committed to fostering an environment where employees can work safely,
appropriately, and lawfully, and where integrity and ethical behavior prevail. Our Whistleblower Policy ensures that employees can report wrongdoing without fear of retaliation or negative consequences.
