Desmond Lee Appointed as Chief Experience Officer at Traydstream

Desmond brings with him close to 30 years of senior experience in the banking industry, spanning Asia and global markets, with a deep focus on Information TechnologyInfrastructureInformation SecurityIT and Digital Transformation, and Client Service Delivery.

He has held prominent leadership roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he served as CIO – Asia Pacific and Head of APAC Infrastructure Services. Throughout his career, Desmond has led transformative programs across MarketsCorporate Banking, and Transaction Banking, focusing on infrastructure modernization and service delivery excellence.

As CXO, Desmond will drive Traydstream’s mission to deliver exceptional client experiences by aligning innovative technologies with customer-centric strategies. His expertise in run and change initiatives within large-scale banking environments will be instrumental as Traydstream expands its AI-powered trade finance automation platform globally.
