New Fintech Task Force: Technology Experts For Regulatory Action (TERA)

Traydstream applauds the formation of TERA (Technology Experts for Regulatory Action), new ITFA FinTech Task Force, comprised of leading professionals in the Trade Finance Industry both from banks and FinTechs which aims to tackle policy obstacles in Trade Finance. The chief focus areas would be Electronic signatures, Digital negotiable instruments, Digital bills of lading, Cloud-based trade document processing, Trade finance as channel to extend public relief efforts.

TERA will provide guidance to win short-term policy decisions, building on the recent launch of both FinTech initiatives: Digital Negotiable Instruments (DNI) and Trade Finance Distribution (TFD) as well as additional technology developments such as use of cloud computing.
